【摘要】:Thisstandardestablishesrulesforthedesignandcalculationofweldedstatic,vertical,non-pressurized,cylindrical,flat-bottomthermoplastictanks.Thisstandardappliestotanksfabricatedinthefollowingthermoplastics:Polyethylene(PE)Polypropylene(PP)Poly(vinylchloride)(PVC)Poly(vinylidenefluoride)(PVDF)Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccountwindand/orsnowloading.Ifwindor/andsnowloadinghastobetakenintoaccountadditionalcalculationsarenecessary.Thisstandardisapplicabletotanksinwhichthecylindricalshellismadeofweldedplatesorawoundcylinderoranextrudedpipe.Thecalculationtakesintoaccountshort-termandlong-termactivepressuresaswellasthehydrostaticloading.Thefollowingvaluesarelong-termpressuresandrepresentthelimitingvalues:Overpressure:0,0005N/mm(0,005bar)Lowpressure:0,0003N/mm(0,003bar)Thisstandardisonlyapplicabletotankswhicharenotintendedtowithstandinternalpressureorvacuum,otherthanthatwhichmayoccurduringthetransferoffluids(includinggases)intheirnormaloperation.
