【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthemagneticpropertiesof50nickel-50ironpartsfabricatedbypowdermetallurgytechniquesandisintendedforpartsthatrequirehighmagneticpermeability,highelectricalresistivity,lowcoercivefieldstrength,andlowhysteresisloss.Itdiffersfromthewroughtalloyspecification(seeSpecificationA753)becausethesepartsareporous.Anumberofmagneticpropertiessuchaspermeabilityareproportionaltothesintereddensity.1.2ThisspecificationdealswithP/Mpartsinthesinteredorannealedcondition.Shouldthesinteredpartsbesubjectedtoanysecondaryoperationthatcausesmechanicalstrain,suchasmachiningorsizing,theyshouldberesinteredorannealed.1.3Thevaluesstatedincustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunits,whichareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.
