【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeusedtogetherwithEN12629-1"Machinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteandcalcium-silicate—Safety—Part1:Commonrequirements",whichspecifiesgeneralrequirementsofmachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteandcalcium-silicate.Themanufacturingbedisamachinewithwhichotherassociatedmachinesworksimultaneously.Moreover,thesemachinesaregenerallyusedonbedsinstalledinparallel.2Thisstandardgivesparticularrequirementsforthedesignofthefollowingmachines:—Pre-stressingbed(schematicrepresentationisgiveninannexA);—Bedsweeper,vacuumcleaner,oiler,wire-guidemachine(schematicrepresentationisgiveninannexB);—Bedlayoutmachine(schematicrepresentationisgiveninannexC);—Strandpushing/pullingmachine(schematicrepresentationisgiveninannexD);—Spinner,extruder,vibrodistributor(schematicrepresentationisgiveninannexE);—Tarpaulinpayingoutandwindinginmachine(schematicrepresentationisgiveninannexF);—Sawingmachine(schematicrepresentationisgiveninannexG).NOTEThemanufacturingoperationsincludesomeorallofthefollowing:—treatingpre-stressingbedwithreleaseagent;—"markingout"theelements(slabs,plainslabs,etc.)tobemade;—runningthepre-stressingstrands;—pre-tensioning;—installingtheshutterings,(formwork,sideshutters,endplatesandinserts)—fixingreinforcement;—tensioning;—concretedistributionandcompaction;—windingoutthetarpaulin;—heating;—detensioning;—removalofshettering,formwork,etc.;—strandscuttingorsawing;—removaloffinalproducts;—bedcleaning.Theconcretesupplyinterfacewhichistakenintoaccountforsafetyisalsoconsidered.Thesequenceoftheseoperationscanbedifferentaccordingtothemanufacturingprocessusedinthefactoryandtothevarioustypesofproducts.3ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazardspertinenttothesemachines,whentheyareusedasintendedundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4),exceptnoisehazardswhicharepartlydealtwithandhazardsduetohandlingthepackageofcutwiresandplacingthemonbeds.NOTEAmendmentisunderpreparationtodealwithnoise,inparticularformeasurestoreducenoiseatsourceandanoisetestcodeincludingnoisedeclaration.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.4Sub-clause1.3ofEN12629-1:2000applies.5Sub-clause1.4ofEN12629-1:2000applies.NOTEAtthedesigningstage,incomplementtothisstandard,othertypeCstandardsdealingwithsimilarhazardscanbeusedforsomeofthemachinesandequipmentmentionedinthisstandard.EN13862forFloorsawingmachinesorEN1454onportablesawscanbeahelptodesignthesawsdescribedinthisstandard.6Thisdocumentisapplicabletoequipmentforlong-linemanufactureofpre-stressedproductwhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
