【摘要】:ISO21528-1:2004specifiesamethod,withpre-enrichment,forthedetectionofEnterobacteriaceae.Itisapplicabletoproductsintendedforhumanconsumptionandthefeedingofanimals,andenvironmentalsamplesintheareaoffoodproductionandfoodhandling.Enumerationiscarriedoutbycalculationofthemostprobablenumber(MPN)afterincubationat37°Cinliquidmedium.Thismethodisapplicablewhenthemicroorganismssoughtareexpectedtoneedresuscitationbeforeenrichment,andwhenthenumbersoughtisexpectedtobeintherange1to100permillilitreorpergramoftestsample.AlimitationontheapplicabilityofISO21528-1:2004isimposedbythesusceptibilityofthemethodtoalargedegreeofvariability
