【摘要】:1.1Thispracticeprovidesinformationfortheproperstorage,mixing,anduseofchemicallysettingsilicateandsilicamortarsforbondingchemical-resistantbrickortileinordertoobtaintheoptimumchemicalresistanceandphysicalstrengthofthemortar.1.2Thispracticedoesnotapplytotheair-settingtypeofsilicateandsilicachemical-resistantmortars.1.3Chemical-resistantbrickortileconformingtoSpecificationsC279,C410,orC980areconsideredsatisfactoryforusewiththesemortars.Note1Forspecificationsformortarscoveredbythispractice,seeSpecificationC466.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
