【摘要】:Integratedbusinessoperationalview(BOV)TheOpen-ediReferenceModel(ISO/IEC14662,Section4)states:"Theintentionisthatthesending,byanOpen-ediParty,ofinformationfromascenario,conformingtoOpen-edistandards,shallallowtheacceptanceandprocessingofthatinformationinthecontextofthatscenariobyoneormoreOpen-ediPartiesbyreferencetothescenarioandwithouttheneedforagreement.However,thelegalrequirementsand/orliabilitiesresultingfromtheengagementofanorganizationinanyOpen-editransactionmaybeconditionedbythecompetentlegalenvironment(s)ortheformationofalegalinterchangeagreementbetweentheparticipatingorganizations.Open-ediPartiesneedtoobserverule-basedbehaviorandpossesstheabilitytomakecommitmentsinOpen-edi(e.g.,business,operational,technical,legaland/orauditperspectives)."ThisBOV-relatedstandardaddressesthefundamentalrequirementsofthecommercialandlegalframeworksandtheirenvironmentsonbusinesstransactions,andalsointegratestherequirementsoftheinformationtechnologyandtelecommunicationsenvironments.Inadditiontotheexistingstrategicdirectionsof"portability"and"interoperability",theaddedstrategicdirectionofISO/IECJTC1of"culturaladaptability"issupportedinthisstandard.ThisBOVstandardalsosupportsrequirementsarisingfromthepublicpolicy/consumerenvironment,cross-sectorialrequirementsandtheneedtoaddresshorizontalissues.ThisBOVstandardintegratesthesedifferentsetsofrequirements.SeeaboveFigure3.Thisstandardallowsconstraints(whichincludelegalrequirements,commercialand/orinternationaltradeandcontractterms,publicpolicy(e.g.privacy/dataprotection,productorservicelabelling,consumerprotection),lawsandregulations)tobedefinedandclearlyintegratedintoOpen-edithroughtheBOV.Thismeansthattermsanddefinitionsinthisstandardserveasacommonbridgeamongthesedifferentsetsofbusinessoperationalrequirementsallowingtheintegrationofcodesetsandrulesdefiningtheserequirementstobeintegratedintobusinessprocesseselectronically.Thisstandardcontainsamethodologyandtoolforspecifyingcommonbusinesspracticesaspartsofcommonbusinesstransactionsintheformofscenarios,scenarioattributes,roles,InformationBundlesandSemanticComponents.Itachievesthisby1)developingstandardcomputerprocessablespecificationsofcommonbusinessrulesandpracticesasscenariosandscenariocomponents;andthus2)maximizingthere-useofthesecomponentsinbusinesstransactions.note:7)SeefurtherontheserequirementstheRecommendationsoftheISO/IECJTC1BusinessTeamonElectronicCommerce(BT-EC)[Ref:ISO/IECJTC1N5296].
