【摘要】:TheaimofthispartofISO12131istoachievedesignsofplainbearingsthatarereliableinoperation,bytheapplicationofacalculationmethodforoil-lubricatedhydrodynamicplainbearingswithcompleteseparationofthethrustcollarandplainbearingsurfacesbyafilmoflubricant.ThispartofISO12131appliestoplainthrustbearingswithincorporatedwedgeandsupportingsurfaceshavinganyratioofwedgesurfacelengthlwedtolengthofonepadL.Itdealswiththevaluelwed/L=0,75asthisvaluerepresentstheoptimumratio.TheratioofwidthtolengthofonepadcanbevariedintherangeB/L=0,5to2.ThecalculationmethoddescribedinthispartofISO12131canbeusedforotherincorporatedgapshapes,e.g.plainthrustbearingswithintegratedbaffle,whenforthesetypesthenumericalsolutionsofReynolds'differentialequationareknown.Thecalculationmethodservesfordesigningandoptimizingplainthrustbearingse.g.forfans,gearunits,pumps,turbines,electricalmachines,compressorsandmachinetools.Itislimitedtosteady-stateconditions,i.e.loadandangularspeedofallrotatingpartsareconstantundercontinuousoperatingconditions.Dynamicoperatingconditionsarenotincluded.
