【摘要】:ThispartofISO5667setsouttheprinciplestobeappliedtothedesignofsamplingprogrammes,samplingtechniquesandthehandlingofwatersamplesfromriversandstreamsforphysicalandchemicalassessment.Itisnotapplicabletothesamplingofestuarineorcoastalwatersandhaslimitedapplicabilitytomicrobiologicalsampling.NOTEProceduresformicrobiologicalsamplingaregiveninISO19458.ThispartofISO5667isnotapplicabletotheexaminationofsediment,suspendedsolidsorbiota.Incaseswherenaturallyoccurringorartificiallyconstructeddamsresultintheretentionorstorageofwaterforseveraldaysormore,itmightbebettertoconsiderthestretchoftheriverorstreamasastandingwaterbodyforsamplingpurposes.ISO5667-4providesguidanceforsamplinginthesecircumstances.WARNING—ThefocusofthispartofISO5667isthecollectionandintegrityofwatersamples.Thecollectionofthesesamplescanbehazardousandattentionisthereforedrawntotheexistenceinsomecountriesoflegislativerequirementsforthesafetyofpersonnel.
