【摘要】:StraingradientvaluesareanaidinthedesignandfabricationofMEMSdevices.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureformeasuringthestraingradientinthin,reflectingfilms.Itappliesonlytofilms,suchasfoundinmicroelectromechanicalsystems(MEMS)materials,whichcanbeimagedusinganopticalinterferometer.Measurementsfromcantileversthataretouchingtheunderlyinglayerarenotaccepted.1.2Thistestmethodusesanon-contactopticalinterferometerwiththecapabilityofobtainingtopographical3-Ddatasets.Itisperformedinthelaboratory.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
